As Director of MindMap Technology Limited, he saw first-hand how ambitious organisations were losing the engineering talent arms race — not because of a lack of budget, but because of a lack of the right infrastructure.
GLINHub is his answer: a lean, governed, scalable model for building dedicated engineering capability in India, backed by Fractional CTO oversight and AI-assisted planning.
